Kinship Circles Training
We provide trauma-informed, family-centred training designed to help organisations and public bodies understand the unique experiences of kinship families.
By placing the child at the centre and seeing the whole circle around them — carers, siblings, families, and professionals — we help build environments where kinship children feel safe, understood, and able to thrive.
We believe professionals deserve the knowledge and confidence to recognise, understand, and support those stories.
“While kinship care remains a largely invisible part of our children’s services system, the scale is huge — over an estimated 200,000 children in England and Wales are living in kinship care (that’s more than twice the number in foster care) yet many schools, health services, and professionals don’t recognise what a ‘kinship carer’ is.
At Kinship Circles Training we believe this needs to change.”
